Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Halal Investment Hub website at halalinvesthub.com(the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms are entered into between you and Himo Tech, the company operating Halal Investment Hub (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), incorporated under the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

Market Validation Status

The Platform collects expressions of interest from prospective investors and Islamic centers solely for the purpose of assessing market demand before the Company pursues regulatory registration, corporate structuring, and product development. Submitting your details to the waitlist creates no legal obligation on either you or the Company — it is not a contract, a subscription, a reservation, or a commitment of any kind.

No money is accepted, no securities are issued, and no investment transactions are facilitated through this Platform. If and when the Company proceeds to a live product launch, all investors will be required to complete a separate onboarding process under applicable securities law.

Not Investment, Financial, or Legal Advice

All content on this Platform — including descriptions of the Musharakah Tanaqosiya framework, projected financial returns, yield estimates, and simulator outputs — is provided for informational and illustrative purposes only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes:

• Investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument;
• Financial planning advice;
• Legal advice;
• Tax advice;
• A solicitation or offer to sell securities in any jurisdiction.

Simulated returns (e.g., those shown in the Investment Simulator) are based on illustrative assumptions and do not represent guaranteed or actual future results. Past performance of real estate markets does not guarantee future results.

You should consult qualified financial, legal, and tax advisors before making any investment decision.

Shariah Compliance Disclaimer

The Company intends to engage an independent Shariah Supervisory Board to review and certify the platform’s financial structures prior to launch. No such board has been appointed as of the date of these Terms.

Descriptions of the Musharakah Tanaqosiya mechanism, Ijarah rental structure, and Waqf endowment framework are based on established classical Islamic jurisprudence and are provided in good faith. They do not constitute a formal Shariah ruling (fatwa) and should not be relied upon as such. Prospective investors who require a formal Shariah opinion should seek an independent fatwa from a qualified Islamic scholar.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to remove any registration we believe was submitted by a minor.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, illustrations, the Investment Simulator, and code — is the exclusive property of Himo Tech or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages from the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without our prior written consent.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization;
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform or breach any security measures;
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to collect data from the Platform;
• Transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Platform;
• Violate any applicable local, provincial, national, or international law or regulation.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE PLATFORM OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE PLATFORM’S CONTENT OR THE CONTENT OF ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO THE PLATFORM.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THE COMPANY’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or resources. These links are provided for your convenience only. The Company has no control over the contents of those sites or resources and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. If you decide to access any third-party website linked from the Platform, you do so entirely at your own risk.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction that confers mandatory consumer protection rights, nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and notify waitlist members by email at least 14 days before changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
